We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to start their career in manufacturing engineering. The successful candidate will assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Diploma in ( Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
