Job role : Manufacturing Engineer - Aerostructures Assembly
Years of Experience : 3 to 8 Years
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
Job Location : Adibatla, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain all process documentation, including Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MISs) and Visual Aids (VAs), by translating engineering requirements into practical processes.
- Manage Bill of Material (BOM) and Material Master data
- support tooling verification
- FAI prove-outs, and drive the creation of Engineering Query Notes (EQNs) and Change Notifications (ECNs)
- Identify production inefficiencies and suggests potential improvements to product or process
Skills Required:
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications with good knowledge on GD&T
- Knowledge on aerostructure raw materials & consumables, manufacturing technology and processes
- Knowledge on assembly tool order, tool design review gates and tool improvements
- Knowledge on standard hand tools and cutting tools used in aerostructure assembly
