Job Description

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, interpreting engineering designs, preparing process plans, and ensuring producibility of aerospace components. The role involves collaboration with design, quality, and shop floor teams to drive efficient and compliant production operations.

Must-Have Skills

BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Strong understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
Knowledge of GD&T
Experience in process planning and inspection planning
Hands-on shop floor experience
Ability to understand and apply process specifications
Experience in creating stage models and stage drawings
Experience in developing PFMEA and Control Plans
Experience in assessing producibility of aerospace components
