Manufacturing Engineer

MANUFACTURING DESIGN ENGINEER

We are seeking a technically strong Manufacturing Design Engineer to support the development, validation, and industrialization of modular kitchen cabinetry & wardrobe systems. This role bridges design, engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing, ensuring designs are technically feasible, hardware-compatible, and production-ready. Thorough knowledge of hardware, appliances and counter top related work is needed.

• Strong industry knowledge of modular kitchens and cabinetry systems.

• Hands-on understanding of hardware (hinges, drawer systems, lift-up systems, corner mechanisms, tall unit fittings, etc.).

• Strong grasp of manufacturing feasibility, joinery, panel construction, tolerances, and installation logic.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / similar CAD tools for technical drawings.

• Ability to interpret and validate cabinetry designs from front-end design software.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
