- Experience within the aviation sector.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and structures
Manufacturing Engineering
- Expertise in Manufacturing Engineering, Routing and instructions for assembly processes (structures, equipment, systems)
- Skilled in Routing and SOI (Standard Operating Instructions) creation and updates
- Expertise in creating Control Plans and understanding Industrial Processes
Technical Documentation & Tools
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and 3D models
- Familiar with standards and documentation (AIPS, AIPI)
Enterprise Systems
- Working knowledge of SAP for manufacturing and logistics
Soft Skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and rigorous in execution
Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Final Assembly Line (FAL) environment, Shop Floor support
- ATA Chapters knowledge
- Collaborative mindset
- Quality and Delay oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Proactive approach
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for aircraft structures, systems, and equipment
- Create Control Plans for assemblies and components
- Prepare and maintain Routing Sheets and SOIs in compliance with Airbus standards
- Interpret and utilize technical drawings and 3D models to support production activities
- Ensure adherence to Airbus standards such as AIPS, AIPI, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges
