Job Description

Location: Pioneer Road

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Remuneration Package: up to SGD5,000 Basic + Bonus

Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
Create standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Provide support in production to ensure production operations run smoothly and customer requirements are met.
Investigate non-conformance root cause and suggest corrective action.
Provide coaching and training to machinists on work procedures and instructions.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
Good knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
Strong investigation and problem solving skills.
