Position: Manager- Production & Manufacturing Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

Analyze production costs, material usage, labor efficiency, and overheads to identify cost saving opportunities.

Develop and maintain standard costing models and variance analysis reports.

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.

Monitor manufacturing KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance. Support monthly and annual financial closing activities related to manufacturing costs.

Conduct profitability analysis for products, processes, and production lines.

Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for manufacturing investments.

Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management on production and cost metrics.

Qualifications:

Qualified ICWA/CMA or CA with 3+ years post qualification experience in cost analysis in large-size manufacturing environment.

Semi Qualified CA with 7+ years will also be considered.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
