Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturer based in Surat. The Manufacturer will oversee the production process, ensuring quality control standards are met, and coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines. The role includes maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production efficiency. The Manufacturer will also track inventory and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and expertise in operating production machinery
- Experience with inventory management and quality control
- Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows and processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred
- A technical diploma, certification, or relevant experience in a related field is beneficial
