Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and execute test including user interfaces, business logic, and data access according application need
- Able author test cases
- Test, troubleshoot, and critique software components
- Provide efficient reports on defect status, team progress and own assignments 5. Recommend solutions for test management, execution, and reporting
- Perform quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing tconfirm the product satisfies end-user requirements and needs
- Communicate with technical and business personnel about business requirements, system-related capabilities, and enhancement status
- Create and maintain test data tsimulate real-life use cases
- Analyzing test data using test case design techniques and preparing test cases. 10. Good thave exposure on SAP functional testing with HRM module
Required Technical/Functional Skills:
- Candidate should have strong experience in manual testing with minimal exposure automation testing.
- Excellent understanding of various SDLC processes, testing methodologies, quality standards and industry best practices.
- Experience of testing in Agile development model would be a plus.
- Capability tread and understand & analyze application architecture/design documents.
- Experience working on various Defect management tools and process.
- Should work in close conjunction with Development and Business Analysis teams verify requirements and understand impact areas.
- Capability lead test effort estimations for the project and team leadership.
- Intermediate MS Office
- Experience with SAP HANA modelling and BODS a plus
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
- Experience working in Human Resources application is a plus
- Experience with Avature is a plus Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements
