Description
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform API Testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Validate data integrity and perform SQL queries for backend testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 36 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of API Testing (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and data analysis.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scenarios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts.
