We are looking for Manual Tester.
Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment What is the user story based on Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.
You'll Make a Difference By
- Defining and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Applying test design techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables) to ensure effective test coverage
- Designing and maintaining BDD test scenarios using Gherkin
- Performing functional, integration, and regression testing
- Managing test execution, results tracking, and reporting to customers/stakeholders
- Coordinating test activities with development and cross-functional teams
- Maintaining test documentation using tools like Confluence
- Tracking, analyzing, and supporting resolution of defects
- Providing 3rd level support for production issues
- Participating in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) ceremonies and processes
Job Requirements/ Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in manual testing and test management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) test design
- Good understanding of test design, STLC and defect lifecycle
- Familiarity with the Test Pyramid and its application in test strategy
- Experience with Polarion and TFS / Azure DevOps
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Confluence for documentation
- Basic understanding of AWS/cloud environments
- Exposure to SAFe framework
