Title: Manual Tester SCF

Duration: 6 months Contract with possible extension

Location: Remote (India- Bangalore)

Job Description:

Key Result Areas

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Transaction Banking industry, Open Account Trade Products, and 10+ experience in banking.
• Domain experience in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance
• Understanding business objectives, and strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization's goals and problems to be solved.
• Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
• Domain expert in the Supply Chain Finance market, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experience
• Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
• Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and upgrades to existing systems
• Certified Scrum master or agile coach with experience on agile practices.
• Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned with the needs of the users
• Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking functional testing of new systems
• Assisting business and product intent meetings and coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intent, business requirements and value to customers.
• Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product module
• Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
• Skilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered
• Able to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value-added changes with focus on business process transformation
• Work closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable
• Write BRDs and user stories and contribute to squad ceremonies
• Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
• Skilled in MS Office applications word, excel, PowerPoint, visio, Jira or equivalent Confluence
