Job Title: Manual Tester – LOS & LMS (Loans Domain)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with strong experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing lending products such as corporate loans, home loans, gold loans, and agricultural loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of LOS and LMS applications across multiple loan products
- Understand business workflows for corporate, home, gold, and agri loans
- Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- Validate end-to-end loan lifecycle processes (origination to closure)
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT support testing
- Ensure compliance with banking and financial domain standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Manual Testing
- Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System)
- Domain knowledge in:
- Corporate Loans
- Home Loans
- Gold Loans
- Agricultural Loans
- Good understanding of STLC & defect lifecycle
- Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking / NBFC domain
- Immediate or short notice joiners (0–15 days)
- Exposure to APIs or basic SQL is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Note:
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai will be preferred.
