Job Description
About the Role:
We are urgently hiring Manual Testers with experience in the Life Insurance domain (preferably Claims). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of applications by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios & test cases.
Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing.
Execute manual test cases and document results.
Identify, log, and track defects to closure.
Work closely with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide support during UAT and production implementation.
Required Skills & Experience:
34 years of hands-on Manual Testing experience.
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance domain (Claims experience preferred).
Ability to prepare and execute comprehensive test cases.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QC, or similar).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
