Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Manual Tester who can thoroughly understand applications, create effective test scenarios, and ensure high‑quality software delivery.
Mandatory Requirements (Important)
- Strong technical and manual testing skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for daily communication with the Finland‑based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Understand applications deeply to identify defects and improvements
- Report and track bugs clearly until resolved
- Work closely with developers and product teams
- Help improve testing quality and processes.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on manual testing experience
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Prior experience in automation testing is an added advantage
