Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases for web and mobile applications to verify functionality, usability, and stability.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI or similar, validating responses, endpoints, and error codes.
- Conduct database testing to verify data integrity, data validation, and backend processing through SQL queries.
- Analyze requirements, develop test scenarios, and write detailed test cases.
- Identify, report, track, and manage defects through the defect lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Prepare test summary reports and deliver test results.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Proven experience in Web application testing (functional, regression, compatibility).
- Experience testing Mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Strong understanding of API testing and ability to validate RESTful APIs.
- Basic knowledge of Database testing using SQL (MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Ability to write clear and concise test documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
