Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management and development teams to understand project goals and testing requirements
• Analyze product requirements and design test plans and test cases for mobile and web applications
• Perform manual testing to ensure application functionality and reliability
• Manage QA tasks and track issues using JIRA or similar defect management tools
• Reproduce customer-reported issues and document clear steps for developers
• Track bug resolution and ensure timely closure of defects
• Maintain testing documentation and QA reports

Required Skills

• Knowledge of mobile application testing
• Hands-on experience with Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of mobile and web applications
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail when working with large datasets
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing iOS or Android applications
• Experience in web application testing
• Ability to manage tasks independently and escalate issues when needed
