We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual testing, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for manual testing.
• Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Perform regression testing and ensure the quality of the product before release.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability and design.
• Document test results and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in manual testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform database testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Experience: Minimum 3+ Year to 10 year above required

Salary: 30% to 60% hike on current CTC

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: up to 60 days accepted
