Role Overview

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive manual testing, defect tracking, and continuous improvement of QA processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to maintain high reliability and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications and systems
• Write, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and SDLC best practices
• Contribute to improving testing strategies and product quality
• Support quality audits and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA methodologies and SDLC practices
• Familiarity with AI, LLM, and MCP concepts
• Experience in quality auditing and process improvement
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
