JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Software Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of healthcare applications through effective testing and validation.

This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality healthcare software solutions.

Required Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•

3–5 years of experience in Manual QA testing.

•

Mandatory experience in Healthcare RCM domain.

•

Strong knowledge of RCM processes

•

Experience with tools such as JIRA, TFS, or TestRail.

•

Basic knowledge of SQL and healthcare workflows.

•

Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

•

Design and execute test cases based on RCM requirements.

•

Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing.

•

Validate end-to-end RCM workflows including claims and billing processes.

•

Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

•

Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
