Job Description
- Experience 3-5 years
- Excellent manual testing skills — ability to develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on requirements and design specs.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing to ensure software quality.
- Track and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Good at maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Hands on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Basic understanding of QA automation concepts and workflows (e.g., test automation basics, frameworks, when to automate).
- Good to have: API testing experience (e.g., Postman).
- Good to have: US Healthcare domain knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and provide clear testing feedback.
