Manual / Automation Testing Trainer:
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Chennai
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Manual and/or Automation Testing Trainer to train students or professionals on software testing concepts, real-time projects, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions on Manual Testing fundamentals
- Deliver Automation Testing training (Selenium / Java / Python / TestNG, etc.)
- Explain STLC, SDLC, Test case design, Defect lifecycle
- Provide hands-on training with real-time project scenarios
- Guide learners on framework design and best practices
- Support interview preparation and career guidance
- Evaluate trainees through assignments and assessments
- Update training materials as per current industry trends
Requirements:- 3 to 5 years of experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts
- Hands-on experience in Automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Good understanding of Java / Python (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior training or mentoring experience is an added advantage
