Role: Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual & Automation) On-site, India

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Quality Assurance Engineer who will own both manual and automation testing for web and mobile products. You will partner with product, development and DevOps teams to bake quality into every release, design repeatable automated suites, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, author and execute detailed manual test cases and checklists for functional, UI and regression testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop, maintain and run automated test suites for UI and API layers using Selenium/Cypress/Appium and integrate them into CI pipelines.
• Perform API testing and validation using Postman and automated frameworks (RestAssured); validate contracts and error handling.
• Log, triage and manage defects in Jira; collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD (build verification), monitor test results, and act on failures to reduce release risk.
• Contribute to test strategy, maintain test documentation, and mentor junior QA engineers to raise team standards.

Other Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with both manual and automated testing (web and mobile).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work on-site in India and collaborate across engineering and product teams.
