Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Mysore. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and servicing of electronic appliances such as ceiling fans, modular switches, and air coolers. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, replacing parts, and ensuring all equipment meets safety standards. The role also includes maintaining records of repairs and collaborating with other team members to uphold operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining electronic appliances, such as fans, air coolers, and switches
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for identifying electronic faults
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols for electronic systems
- Basic electrical wiring and hands-on technical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate maintenance records
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Physical ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and handling equipment
