This is a full-time, on-site role located in Becharaji for a Manpower Operations & Recruitment Executive. The role involves planning and executing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment pipelines, and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering candidate engagement, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, the Executive will oversee compliance with relevant regulations and support ongoing HR operations as needed.

• Proficiency in Recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
• Strong Communication, Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration skills
• Experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, and compliance management
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Previous experience in manpower handling or HR support roles is a plus
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
