We're Hiring: Manhattan WMOS Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMOS Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancements, and production support for large-scale distribution and fulfillment operations across Retail, 3PL, and Distribution domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and configuration across WMOS modules including Receiving, Putaway, Inventory, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and VAS
- Conduct business process workshops and translate operational requirements into functional specifications
- Configure wave planning, allocation rules, cartonization, and task management
- Support RF workflows and validate end-to-end warehouse execution processes
- Work closely with technical teams on ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, and EDI integrations
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production issue resolution
- Act as Functional SME during upgrades, patches, and rollouts
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Returns
- Experience with RF transaction flows and wave management
- Exposure to EDI transactions (850, 856, 810)
- Oracle DB functional validation knowledge
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred:
- Manhattan Active WM or migration project experience
- Retail, eCommerce, or 3PL domain experience
- Exposure to warehouse automation systems
- Experience in go-live or major releases
- Agile or SAFe environment exposure
