We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our key US-based clients, a globally recognized service provider of flexible and scalable outsourced warehousing solutions designed to adapt to the evolving demands of modern supply chains.
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to join the QA team.
In this role, you will be responsible for validating system functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring the seamless performance of Manhattan Active WMS solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to test system enhancements, integrations, and custom configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Manhattan Active WM applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to gather and analyze business requirements and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate system configurations, interfaces, and customizations within Manhattan Active WM.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing of warehouse processes, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA while working closely with development and support teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in defining and implementing automation strategies for MAWM testing where applicable.
- Ensure test environments are properly configured and required test data is prepared.
- Document and report test results, QA metrics, and potential quality risks.
- Work with automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) in a QA or testing role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale distribution.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of API testing and backend data validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Playwright is preferred.
