Manhattan Active / MAWM

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Experience: 6–8 years of direct, hands-on experience building, maintaining, and

troubleshooting complex reports using Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) SCI / Cognos.

● WMS Domain Expertise: Functional and technical knowledge across Manhattan WMS /

MAWM core modules (Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Waving, Tasking,

Outbound).

Report & Dashboard Development

● Design, build, and deploy complex SCI Cognos reports and executive dashboards from

scratch within the Manhattan Active WMS environment.

● Implement advanced reporting capabilities, including drill-through functionality, report

bursting, automated scheduling, and custom data visualizations (charts, graphs,

and KPI frameworks).

● Configure operational reports across core WMS functional areas such as Receiving,

Putaway, Tasking, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, and Outbound/Waving.

Maintenance, Support & Troubleshooting

● Provide continuous maintenance, tuning, and L1/L2/L3 production support for all SCI

reporting assets.

● Troubleshoot complex report performance issues, data model anomalies, and delivery

failures.

● Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and performance optimization to ensure

reporting accuracy during platform upgrades and cutovers.

● Technical Skills:

○ Advanced proficiency in Cognos Report Studio/SCI Report & Dashboard

Development.

○ Hands-on experience with data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Jaspersoft

Studio, Boomi, Jitterbit, EDI interfaces is a plus).

○ Solid understanding of database structures, data models, and SQL querying

related to supply chain metrics.

● Testing & Support: Strong background in executing unit/regression testing, cutover

support, and managing L2/L3 tickets.

Preferred Qualifications

● Certifications: Manhattan WMoS/MAWM Functional Certification (L1/L2) or JDA/Blue

Yonder certification.
