Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mandarin Language Expert based in Gurugram. The Mandarin Language Expert will be responsible for providing language services, including communicating with customers in Mandarin. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication, supporting various projects that require Mandarin language proficiency, and maintaining high linguistic and cultural standards in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communicating fluently in Mandarin and English.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective cross-language interactions
• Experience in providing professional Language Services, including editing and cultural adaptation
• Strong Writing skills in Mandarin and English, demonstrating attention to detail and clear language use
• Proficiency in Mandarin at a fluent or near-native level, with excellent understanding of cultural nuances
• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, language studies, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or within a professional environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines
