Role Description

We're looking for 4–5 motivated interns to join the Manasya team and gain hands-on experience working with a growing mental health platform.

Location - New Delhi | Gurgaon

This is an opportunity for people who want to learn, contribute and actually be involved in building something, rather than simply add an internship to their CV.

1. Partnerships & Growth Intern

You'll work closely with our team on:

• Identifying potential institutional, corporate and strategic partners

• Lead generation and prospect research

• Cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups

• Researching organisations and potential collaboration opportunities

• Supporting business development and partnership conversations

• Building and maintaining our outreach pipeline

• Supporting growth initiatives and campaigns

2. Social Media & Marketing Intern

You'll take ownership of activities related to our social media presence, including:

• Content ideation and planning

• Instagram and LinkedIn content

• Captions, posts, reels and campaign concepts

• Social media research and trend tracking

• Supporting launches, campaigns and community initiatives

• Monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities for growth

• Helping strengthen Manasya's digital presence

This is not a passive internship. You will get hands-on exposure to how partnerships and business development actually work in a growing organisation.

• Business development, lead generation and strategic partnerships
• Social media strategy, content creation and digital marketing
• B2B outreach, professional communication and relationship building
• Market, audience and competitor research
• Opportunity mapping and growth strategy
• Sales, partnership and outreach pipelines
• Content planning, campaigns and community engagement
• Pitching, storytelling and brand positioning
• Working with a growing mental health technology platform
• Understanding how a purpose-driven startup operates and grows

As this is an unpaid internship, there is no fixed stipend. However, we believe good work should be recognised.
