Managing partner - Surat

We're hiring a Managing Partner to build our Surat practice. Third Eye Worlds works with MSMEs and owner-led businesses on governance, organisational audits, HRBP implementation and performance management systems.

The Surat seat is open — and it's a build-from-scratch role, not an inherited desk.

What you'll own:

• Client acquisition across Surat and South Gujarat

• End-to-end delivery of org audits, PMS and HRBP mandates and system and process implementation.

• P&L for the Surat practice.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years in process consulting

• Real exposure to promoter-driven, family-run businesses, startups.

• Someone equally comfortable in a boardroom and ownership.

• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

• An existing Surat network is a plus.

Being straight about the structure:

This is a partner role, not a salaried job. Compensation is profit-share led, with a defined ramp-up period before full share kicks in. Decision-making authority and want to build your own business.
