Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Partner. The position combines leadership and operational responsibilities, including overseeing business activities, developing strategic plans, building and maintaining key partnerships, and driving overall performance. The Managing Partner will ensure the smooth running of the business, manage team collaboration, monitor financial health, and identify growth opportunities. This role is located in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in operating and scaling a business
• Strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and analyzing business performance metrics
• Business development and relationship-building skills to form lasting partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of market trends and the ability to identify new growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous experience as a business owner or executive-level managerial role is a plus
