Mandatory Requirements: Higher education (technical preferred metallurgy, materials science, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering; economic/management education is a plus).

At least 710 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 45 years as General Director / Executive Director / Managing Director of a manufacturing company.

Proven experience managing a production enterprise with 100+ employees in the metallurgical, instrumentation, or related high-tech manufacturing sector.

Deep knowledge of production processes for precision technical products, sensors, probes, or measuring instruments for extreme conditions (high-temperature metallurgy).

Successful track record in improving operational efficiency, reducing production costs, increasing output, and ensuring stable product quality.

Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001.

Experience in managing investment projects, modernization of production lines, and technical re-equipment, especially for high-precision or specialized equipment.

Key Competencies and Skills: Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement the company's production and development strategy in the global metallurgical market.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a high-performance top-management and engineering team.

Solid experience in production finance management: cost control, budgeting, working capital optimization, and P&L responsibility.

Experience working with large metallurgical clients and international suppliers, including high-level negotiations.

Thorough knowledge of Indian labor legislation, occupational health and safety, industrial safety, and metrological requirements for measuring instruments.

Ability to work effectively under high responsibility in a technically complex and competitive international environment.

High level of personal discipline, stress resilience, and full accountability for results.

Additional Advantages (significant plus): Direct experience in the metallurgical industry or production of technical devices for molten metal analysis.

Proven success in scaling production, entering new international markets, or increasing export volumes.

Experience with product certification for international standards and work with global metallurgical holdings.

English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for cooperation with foreign clients, suppliers, and technical documentation).

Experience in production digitalization (MES, ERP systems, CRM systems).

Knowledge of modern materials and technologies used in high-temperature sensors and immersion probes.
