  • Promote consistency in processes, transparency, and long-term stability and growth
  • Participate in regional or organisational initiatives to ensure alignment and collaboration

The Successful Applicant

A successful Managing Director should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15-20+ years of leadership experience, ideally in MedTech, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
  • Proven track record in P&L management, commercial leadership, and operational oversight
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments, market dynamics, and customer needs in the healthcare & life sciences sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive business transformation
  • Experience in scaling organisations, managing change, and building high-performance cultures
