Job Description

PURPOSE:

To direct and drive steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the Company's business strategies to attain the goals of the Board.
  • Formulate and administer Company's policies, driving and coordinating Company activities to implement and meet the long-term targets and objectives.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
  • Conduct target setting and performance appraisal with key Company job-holders.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance, motivation and organizational review to drive maximum performance.
