Managing Director - Investments (Real Estate)

World's leading Global Real Estate firm is looking to appoint a CEO/ Managing Director Investments to lead investment, equity capital markets and fund raising initiatives.

The role will focus on building strategic partnerships with global PE funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and institutional investors, while structuring and executing large-scale real estate investments and joint ventures across multiple asset classes.

MUST CRITERIA:

• 18+ years of experience in real estate investments, capital markets, or institutional fund raising.
• Currentlyworking as the CEO/MD/Country Head for above domains.
• Industry experience: Real Estate or Hospitality (background with developers, investment managers, PE funds, IPCs or advisory firms).
