Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Managers / Sr. Managers - Corporate Business, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing new corporate business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of tailored insurance and risk management solutions. The role also entails providing expert consultation on employee benefit programs, negotiating terms with insurance providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving business growth targets through effective relationship management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Expertise in client relationship management, business development, and corporate business strategy
• Knowledge of insurance, risk management, and employee benefit solutions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using information technology tools and platforms for client servicing
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals and delivering exceptional client service
• Prior experience or knowledge in insurance brokerage or financial services industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
