Designation : Managers - Sales & BD (PCR)

Job Location: Chembur- MUMBAI

Salary : As per industry standards depending on Experience & Exposure in selling PCR.

Requirements :

· Must be a IIP Graduate (Indian Institute of Packaging)

· Only candidates with 3-5 years of experience in selling Post Consumer Recyclate (PCR) to FMCG brands

· Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections & IIP alumni

· Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Identify, Convert & onboard Customers for PCR designated by the company.

· May be required to handle other emerging business products

· Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.

· Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.

· Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.

· Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,

· Timely customer support for trials and development

· Identify changes in business dynamics, market place opportunities, competitive threats, supply position etc.

· Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications.

· Travel Pan India for business activities
