Manager:Wholesale Operations & Mid Office_AFL

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors for timely processing of loan disbursements
• Ensure accurate execution and registration of financing and security documents
• Handle corporate loan documentation and oversee disbursement procedures
• Facilitate opening and management of escrow accounts
• Coordinate procurement of insurance policies related to loan agreements
• Update covenants and collateral details in Loan Management Systems (LMS)
• Follow up with customers to ensure compliance with sanction conditions
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings including ROC, CERSAI, NESL, and CKYC
• Maintain proper documentation and share required data with auditors within timelines
• Address and resolve audit queries efficiently
• Monitor compliance standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
