The warehouse manager is responsible for managing inventory levels at the optimum level, ensuring stock counts at regular intervals and are accurate, planning efficient storage solutions to accommodate space utilization.
Ensuring seamless operations within receiving, picking, packing, and shipping that will ensure the speedy movement of goods and shorter delay times.
The main duty here is to monitor safety compliance with the regulations, as well as the creation and implementation of protocols for managing hazardous materials and tool maintenance.
Integrating advanced operating systems like barcode scanning, and automation devices to gain an overview of processes, track inventory, and accelerate productivity.
Collaborating with customer service teams to ensure correct and quick delivery of all ordered products, addressing queries and handling problems, and ensuring suitable customer satisfaction.
Flexibility, quick thinking, problem-identifying, and problem-solving competence that, to a greater extent, involves workflow optimization or addressing logistic issues that vary from one place to another.
Adjustability to dynamically flow, likeably changing demand or unexpected events within the supply chain.

Knowledge and hand on experience of Cycle count & Blind Count and variance levels.
SAP MM and PP module knowledge and hands on working is must.
RMA and Customer property handling knowledge is required.
Prior Implementation / experience of Kanban on warehouse and on shop floor.
Knowledge of FOC process and challan closure as per the GST rules.
Minimum 5+ experience is required of a warehouse of 250 crore company with a team of 20+ people.
Knowledge and handled IMS audit at warehouse and at supplier place.
Knowledge of lean tools like 5S, Gemba, TBT etc.
Any certification on Warehouse standard and INCO terms would be a plus.
