About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Voice Process (Telesales) to lead large B2C sales teams, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee telesales / voice process operations
- Lead and guide Team Leads and executives to achieve B2C sales targets
- Drive revenue, productivity, and conversion performance
- Monitor and control attrition and shrinkage
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and leadership development sessions
- Track and analyze KPIs such as AHT, productivity, and sales metrics
- Handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and business growth
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Voice Process / Telesales (B2C Sales)
- B2C Sales experience is mandatory
- Strong team handling experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience in managing attrition and shrinkage
- Experience in handling large telesales teams and multiple layers (TLs/AMs)
- Strong understanding of call center metrics (AHT, conversion, productivity, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Candidates with 15 days notice period or immediate availability preferred
