About the Role: NoBrokerHood's Execution Team is looking for a Manager – Vendor Procurement based in Bengaluru to strengthen our vendor ecosystem and support rapid business growth. In this role, you will drive vendor sourcing and management across execution operations, ensuring optimized costs, reliable partnerships, and scalable vendor networks. You will report directly to the Execution Leadership team and play a key role in improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new vendors at competitive and optimized rates
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements
- Manage vendor performance to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
- Build and maintain a strong vendor database for ongoing and future execution needs
- Identify market opportunities and develop scalable vendor networks to support rapid expansion
- Collaborate closely with execution and operations teams to fulfill procurement requirements efficiently
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality
- Monitor vendor KPIs and ensure compliance with agreed standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline preferred)
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (experience in real estate, tech, or high-growth environments preferred)
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- Proven vendor management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools for tracking and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bengaluru-based, with readiness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills: Experience in real estate, tech, or high-growth environments preferred.
