Manager, Valuation Advisory

What this job involves:

• Execution of of studies including, but not limited to, feasibility, location consulting, best use, technical due diligence and valuation
• Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments
• Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery
• Identify innovative solutions and develop report structures accordingly
• Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets and competitors
• Delivery good quality analysis for market data as well as financial analysis
• Co-ordinate with consulting team members across regions for Pan-India assignments
• Manage and track database and productivity metrics
• Act as trainer and mentor for the subordinate team-members
• Manage Pan-India assignments
• Build and manage client relationship
