- Utilities Operation & Technical Support
- You will monitor and control the operation and maintenance of boilers and their ancillaries, air compressors, chillers, and electrical substations.
- You will oversee water intake, fresh water, and wastewater treatment processes.
- You will ensure fire prevention systems are functioning effectively.
- You will manage HVAC operations and MHED equipment.
- You will handle the operation and maintenance of HT yards and HT substations.
- You will monitor spare parts inventory in the store.
- You will implement the latest technologies in preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and other maintenance strategies.
- Governance, Performance & Statutory Compliance
- You will develop reports and dashboards to visualize utility performance.
- You will design processes to meet performance, reliability, and legal requirements.
- You will ensure compliance with CTI norms and local legal requirements such as Pressure Vessels, PESO, and Factories Act.
- You will ensure MHED compliance with applicable laws and CTI standards.
- You will strictly adhere to the Boilers Act and implement IE rules wherever applicable.
- You will ensure Fire NOC and PCB norms are implemented.
- Energy Management, Optimization & Digitization
- You will identify and implement energy-saving projects.
- You will drive initiatives to reduce distribution and consumption losses.
- You will lead the implementation of ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
- You will ensure utility operations run at optimum efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- You will embrace digital transformation and future-ready solutions.
- You will lead the installation and monitoring of smart utility solutions.
- You will implement IoT-based RTEM solutions for intelligent energy management.
- Team Leadership
- You will lead a team of utility operators and engineers.
- You will manage AMCs and CMCs effectively.
- You will ensure resource availability for peak team performance.
- You will mentor and coach your team for next-level success.
- You will lead change management initiatives to adopt new technologies.
