Job description
- As a Manager- Talent Acquisition you will directly manage, coach, and develop others, providing day-to-day team oversight to Talent Specialists. You will monitor and assist account staff in a matrix-based environment to ensure the clients (on demand Talent needs are met and develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.

- Meet submission, closure and other operations targets
- Innovation and continuous improvement in our recruitment process
- Skillset Required
- Have 6+ years of US Recruitment and US Staffing experience and at least 2+ years of experience managing a team of Talent Specialist.
- Ability to Multitask, Prioritize & Manage time effectively
- Technical understanding of requirements and delivery accordingly
- Self-motivated
- Number driven, aggressive in nature
