Manager US Accounting (QuickBooks, SageIntacct, NetSuite)

Spectral Consultants is Hiring #Manager – US Accounting for Bangalore location.

Looking for an experienced Manager – Managed Services Accounting & Finance Services to join our growing team.

Experience: 10+ years, including 5 year relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple client engagements

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close

• Review financial statements, supporting schedules, cash flow reports and variance analysis

• Manage client communication, deliverables, priorities and escalations

• Support accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

• Coordinate with external audit and tax teams

• Identify process improvement and service-delivery opportunities

• Lead, coach and mentor accounting teams

• Work with accounting technologies and cloud-based platforms

Key Requirements

5+ years of accounting experience with 1+ year in a managerial capacity

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting operations

Experience in financial statement preparation/review and month-end close

Strong GL, AP, AR and reconciliation experience

Exposure to QuickBooks Online, Intacct, NetSuite or similar platforms

Advanced Excel skills

Strong client management and communication skills

Experience managing multiple engagements, priorities and deadlines

Strong team leadership and people-development skills
