AHT Quantum LLP is looking for an experienced and people-oriented Manager – US Accounting to join our team in Panchkula.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of accounting experience (preferably KPO)

• Strong understanding of US accounting

• Team management and client handling experience

• Proficiency in QBO/QBD/Xero

• Process improvement and automation mindset

What you'll do:

• Lead client accounting engagements

• Manage and mentor accounting teams

• Drive operational efficiency and quality

• Handle client communication and onboarding
