2.Through knowledge of Vertical Mill Operation with coal / LDO based Hot Air Generator / Cement Quality Control
3.Analysis and control of Unit KPIs, such as Fly ash / Power Consumption, Cement Quality Parameters
4.Hands on experience on TM1, SAP PP module
5.Knowledge of Pollution Control equipment and Exposure to Coordination with Pollution Control / BIS
6.Compliance to statutory requirements
7.Maintaining Technical MIS
Critical Competencies: Having experience on Operation of Vertical Roller mill
Desired Competencies :Exposure to Technical Cell activities
