Manager - Trust & Safety Analytics

Key Deliverables:

• Lead analytics initiatives to detect fraud, abuse, and risk patterns across PhonePe's platform
• Mentor a team of analysts and develop fraud detection models and dashboards
• Partner with product and tech teams to design scalable analytics and mitigation solutions
• Optimize thresholds, perform data modeling, and build insights-driven risk frameworks

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze transactional data to uncover risk trends and anomalies
• Monitor risk activities across PhonePe verticals and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
• Manage large datasets using SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Support leadership with actionable insights and reporting on high-risk behaviors
