Role Description

The Assistant Manager – Travel Sales (PPC & Meta Calls Process) will be responsible for managing travel sales operations with a focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and handling Meta Calls processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. Daily responsibilities include overseeing travel arrangements, managing customer interactions, optimizing PPC campaigns, and ensuring effective sales processes to meet targets. The role requires coordination with team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Oversee inbound PPC & Meta travel calls (Flights – Domestic & International).
  • Ensure maximum conversion and revenue per call.
  • Monitor fare competitiveness and margin optimization.
  • Drive upselling of add-ons (seats, baggage, insurance, hotel, packages).
  • Maintain overall profitability of the campaign.

Team Management

  • Manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
  • Monitor daily revenue, conversion ratio, and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and sales coaching.
  • Handle escalations, retention calls, and supervisor calls.
  • Plan roster, attendance, and shift management.

Operations & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CPS).
  • Coordinate with marketing team for PPC & Meta traffic quality.
  • Maintain revenue reports and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years managerial experience in Travel PPC Campaign.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta (Google Flights, Kayak, Skyscanner, etc.) traffic.
  • Expertise in GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management ability.
  • Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle US travel sales operations independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing high-revenue campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing.
  • Experience handling large sales teams (10+ agents).
